Branded Booking Emails
Confirmation and reminder emails that look like they came from you, not from us.
Shipped May 31, 2026
✦ Key takeaways
- Confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails sent under your brand name and logo
- Configure your company name, logo URL, reply-to address, and custom footer text
- No Freebo branding in any guest-facing email — your company, your communication
When a guest books a charter or tour, the first email they get should feel like it came from you — not from a third-party software company. Freebo’s branded emails put your name on every automated message from the first confirmation to the final reminder.
What’s covered
Booking confirmation — Sent immediately after payment. Includes trip details, guest count, payment summary, contact info, and any pre-trip instructions you configure.
Balance due reminder — For split-payment bookings, Freebo sends a reminder when the balance is coming due, giving guests time to arrange payment.
Pre-trip reminder — Configurable 24- or 48-hour reminder with trip details, meeting location, and anything guests should bring or know.
Reschedule notice — When a booking moves, the guest sees the previous date and time struck through above the new ones, with the new date named right in the subject line.
Booking change notice — When a booking is modified — a promo applied, pricing adjusted — the email shows the updated order summary and balance.
Cancellation notice — Confirms the cancellation with the full details of the booking being cancelled.
