✦ Key takeaways
- Set a distinct base price on any individual schedule slot — not just the product default
- Supports morning discounts, peak-hour premiums, seasonal rates, and weekend pricing
- Prices flow automatically into quote generation and guest checkout
Most booking software makes you create a whole new product to charge a different price for the same trip at a different time. That’s messy — duplicate products to manage, confusing for guests, and error-prone when you need to make changes.
Freebo’s schedule-based pricing tiers let you attach a specific price to any individual schedule slot. Your 8am kayak tour can be $45, the 1pm slot can be $65 during peak season, and the same tour on a Tuesday morning can be $35. One product, multiple prices, no gymnastics.
How to set a schedule price
- Open the product's Schedules tab
Navigate to your product in the operator dashboard and click the Schedules tab. Each schedule slot is listed with its date, time, and current price.
- Edit a slot and set a custom price
Click any slot to edit it. The price field defaults to blank, which inherits the product’s base price. Enter a custom price to override it for that slot only.
- Save — changes take effect immediately
No need to unpublish or re-publish the product. The new price is active for any new booking on that slot. Existing bookings are unaffected.
