Waitlists & Auto-Fill closes that gap. Guests can join the waitlist for a sold-out product with one click. When a cancellation creates an opening, Freebo automatically notifies the next guest in line with a direct booking link and a countdown timer. If they don’t claim it within the window, the next person gets their turn.
Operators will be able to set the notification window (e.g., 2 hours to claim the spot), view the current waitlist for any product, and manually bump the order when needed.
