Google Calendar Sync
Connect a Google calendar to each vessel or asset. Its events block Freebo availability, and Freebo bookings land on it and follow every reschedule and cancellation.
The two calendars every operator juggles are now one. Connect a Google calendar to a vessel or asset from Settings → Calendar Sync, and the events on it block the matching availability in Freebo — all-day events block the whole day. Every confirmed booking is written back to that calendar, moves when it’s rescheduled, and is removed when it’s cancelled, with your upcoming bookings synced the moment you connect. Google events also appear on the operations calendar as read-only “from Google” entries, with a conflict flag if one overlaps a booking.
Because availability is money, the sync fails safe: Freebo re-checks the calendar right before a guest pays, and declines rather than charge against a calendar it can’t verify. We’re switching operators on one at a time while Google finishes verifying the app — ask us and we’ll get you connected.

Google Calendar Sync
Your Google Calendar and your Freebo availability, always telling the same story.
- ✓ Busy events on your Google Calendar automatically block matching Freebo availability
- ✓ Freebo bookings are written to your Google Calendar — and updated when they reschedule or cancel
- ✓ Built fail-closed: if your calendar can't be checked at booking time, Freebo declines rather than risk a double-booking
Operations Calendar
See every trip, charter, and booking in one place — today and ahead.
- ✓ Day and week views show all scheduled trips with booking counts, capacity status, and reservation details in one tap.
- ✓ Color-coded status indicators show at a glance which trips are full, have open capacity, or are pending a minimum headcount.
- ✓ Accessible to Staff-role users without exposing financial data — your team can run the day from the calendar alone.
