Google Calendar Sync

Your Google Calendar and your Freebo availability, always telling the same story.

Most charter and tour operators live in two calendars: the one Freebo manages and the personal or crew Google Calendar where everything else lands — maintenance days, private trips, family time. When those two disagree, you get the worst kind of surprise: a paid booking on a day you already promised to someone else.

Google Calendar Sync makes them one calendar. Connect your Google account, and busy events on your calendar block the matching availability in Freebo automatically — a guest simply can’t book over them. In the other direction, every Freebo booking is written to your Google Calendar, and stays current when it’s rescheduled or cancelled. Your external events also show up on the Freebo operations calendar, so your team sees the whole day in one place.

Built cautious on purpose

Availability is money, so the sync fails safe. If Google can’t be reached at the moment a guest tries to book, Freebo declines the booking rather than gamble on a stale calendar. And privacy is scoped tight: Freebo reads only the times and busy/free status of your events — never event descriptions or attendee details.
