Freebo’s operations calendar is that place. It shows every scheduled trip, charter, and tour at your location in a day or week view. Each entry shows the product name, departure time, current booking count vs. capacity, and a status indicator.
Status indicators at a glance:
- Green — Trip is running with bookings, has capacity remaining
- Blue — Sold out / fully booked
- Yellow — Minimum headcount not yet met (trip may not run if it doesn’t fill)
- Gray — No bookings yet, upcoming
