IMPROVED

Change emails that show what changed

Reschedule, cancellation, and modification emails now carry full booking details — including a before-and-after summary when a date moves.

When a booking changes, the email about it should answer the guest’s first question — what changed? — without a call to the operator. Reschedule emails now show the previous date and time struck through above the new ones, name the new date right in the subject line, and include the full booking details: product, confirmation number, and location. The short SMS and in-app versions name the new date too.

Cancellation and modification emails got the same treatment. A cancellation now carries the complete details of the booking being cancelled — and never asks the guest to sign a waiver for a trip that isn’t happening. A modification email, like a promo applied after booking, shows the updated order summary and balance. Reschedule emails deliberately leave money out: a date change is a date change, and any balance conversation happens on the pay page where it belongs.

Branded Booking Emails

Confirmation and reminder emails that look like they came from you, not from us.

  • Confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails sent under your brand name and logo
  • Configure your company name, logo URL, reply-to address, and custom footer text
  • No Freebo branding in any guest-facing email — your company, your communication

Notifications (Email & SMS)

Customers get timely confirmations and reminders. Your team gets operational alerts.

  • Booking confirmations fire immediately on payment; reminders are scheduled relative to departure, not booking time.
  • Customer notifications and staff alerts are configured independently — different templates, different recipients, different timing.
  • All messages send through Freebo's delivery infrastructure with logging, so you can see what went out and when.
